Lead Mappo is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to extract publicly available business information from Google Maps. The Service includes the extension software, website, and related support services.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or business purposes. This license does not include:

  • The right to sublicense, sell, or redistribute the extension
  • The right to modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the software

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account and obtain a license key. You are responsible for:

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase
  • License keys are non-transferable
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time

7. Data Accuracy

The Service extracts publicly available information from Google Maps. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of extracted data. You are solely responsible for verifying and using the data appropriately.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Asha Webtech IT Solution Pvt Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ASHA WEBTECH IT SOLUTION PVT LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
